Iraq death tally.*

Ref: http://www.foxnews.com/images/277422/2_62_041807_iraq.jpg As I peeked at MSN messenger today, I looked at my nick and my little "remembrance" *Candle* for the people who were killed in the Virginia Tech massacre in the US.. and I remembered something I was to do a while ago.. Hence.. this question came to me.. "What about the hundreds of people who innocently lose their lives in regions like Iraq each week?" ... I know.. it's not exactly the same but I think in both cases one needs to focus on the value of a life.

Therefore... I'm going to start the "something I was to do" from today... what is it?

From today, April 18th, I am going to try to record how many people die (and probably are injured) each day in Iraq or at least keep a tally. I'm not sure about what sources I'll use but I think CNN, Fox, BBC, Google and Yahoo! will be top candidates.

I hear some of you asking Why... why do this, what use does it have.. To answer... I think it'll help some us to appreciate the life we have.

Iraq / Today.. "Four large bombs exploded in mostly Shiite areas of Baghdad on Wednesday, killing at least 164 people and wounding scores" (Yahoo!). CNN notes that it's approximated right now at least 207 people wounded.
